Returns and Refunds
We do not allow return or refunds on items.  We will exchange the item for a different size if required.  See below for exchange information.

Gift Cards are exempt from being exchanged or returned

Exchanges 
We will happily exchange the item if it is the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at phase2carla@gmail.com and send your item to: Phase 2, 353 Princess Street,Kingston, ON, K7L 1B7.  Exchanges may also be made in person at our store location.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Phase 2, 353 Princess Street, Kingston, ON,K7L 1B7

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
